New clients
Please select First Personal Training Session for your initial booking. This longer session time ensures I can gather all the information I need to understand you and your goals, as well as try out some exercises with you and set you up with a personalised training program.
Online training
For online training, please select the button below to start your subscription! Then, I’ll be in touch to book your first video consult. You will also receive a Trainerize invite via email, where you’ll be asked to complete a brief questionnaire to help me get to know you and your goals.
