I believe that fitness is for everyone and I strive to make training accessible, comfortable, and tailored to my clients’ individual support needs. To ensure my services are tailored especially to you, face-to-face sessions are recommended.

I’ve seen firsthand that with the right guidance and the creativity that comes with experience, there is always a way to work towards your fitness goals and have a great time whilst doing it! 

Not only is personal training a fantastic way to boost your physical wellbeing, but it’s also a wonderful way to engage in the fitness community, increase your confidence, make new friends, and develop new interests.

2D Training is able to support participants on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) who are self- and plan-managed.
