  • What does a personal trainer do?

    A personal trainer is your fitness coach! They help you achieve your wellness goals by designing personalised workout programs, providing exercise instruction, and keeping you motivated and on-track. They'll also ensure you're using proper form and intensity to avoid injuries and get the most out of your workouts.

  • How do I book a session?

    You can head to our Bookings page to schedule face-to-face sessions. For online training, disability services, or general enquiries, contact Dan via our Enquiry form or email dan@2dtraining.au.

  • What can I expect in my first session?

    Our first session together is all about getting to know you and your fitness goals. We’ll go through some background information, try out some exercises, and get you started with a program that we’ll adjust and update as we go.

  • What can I expect in my first online session?

    Our first online session will be via video chat and focused on getting to know you and your fitness goals. But before we start working together through the miracle of the internet, you’ll be asked to fill out a questionnaire, which will give me all the information I need to get you started and make our first session as smooth as possible.

  • How much does it cost?

    30-min 1:1 personal training session - $40.00

    45-min 1:1 personal training sessions - $50.00

    60-min 1:1 personal training sessions - $70.00

    Online training - $50 per week

  • How do I pay?

    In-person sessions can be paid online at the time of booking using credit or debit card. Plan-managed NDIS participants will be given a detailed receipt that they can use for reimbursement.

    For online clients, our convenient weekly subscription of $50 automatically charges your account and offers the flexibility to cancel anytime with no lock-in contract commitments.

  • What's your cancellation policy?

    We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your in-person session. There is no fee for cancelling with more than 24 hours’ notice and any prepayment you have made will be refunded.

    Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the fee and result in forfeit of any prepayment. The fee will be waived if you reschedule your session within 5 business days.

    We understand that sometimes things happen, such as medical emergencies, and it’s not possible to give adequate notice. We may waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

  • Where do in-person sessions take place?

    2D Training operates out of Plus Fitness, located at 375 Cross Rd, Edwardstown, 5039. It’s a quiet and easily accessible gym, with on-site car parking and disabled toilets.

  • How can I check my upcoming sessions?

    View your upcoming sessions and add them to your calendar by heading to our booking portal. Click on “My Appointments” and log in using the phone number you entered when you booked your session.
