1:1 Training

Face-to-face training sessions are great for all fitness levels, and especially for beginners.

Some of the biggest challenges when training in the gym are poor technique, the lack of accountability, and the absence of a suitable program to follow to reach your goals. Too often, this means people will train for months, if not years, and never see the results they’re hoping for.

In one-on-one sessions with 2D Training, we’ll pick the exercises, training methods, and dietary adjustments that best suit your body, lifestyle, and experience level. We’ll also make sure that you’re performing each exercise correctly and with the right intensity to avoid injury and ensure you’re making real progress towards your goals every week.

1:1 training is also an excellent way to make your training more enjoyable, as you can experience different ways to train and learn new skills. Instead of walking on the treadmill for your cardio workout, why not spice it up by doing kickboxing or a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuit instead?
