Online Training

Online training is a great alternative to traditional, face-to-face personal training sessions, especially if you can’t make it to the gym during business hours or live some distance away.

Online training is also fantastic if you’re comfortable and experienced enough to train on your own and you simply want to receive the guidance and accountability that comes with having an experienced personal trainer. 

My online training service utilises different tools such as virtual consultations, video and messaging, as well as apps such as MyFitnessPal and Trainerize, to  design a workout routine and diet plan that will help you reach your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. This service also includes a weekly check in (or bi-weekly if needed) to help track and adjust your diet, exercise technique, and program whenever needed.

A hybrid approach that involves a mixture of online and in-person training is also available. Let me know what you need!
