Based in Adelaide, 2D Training provides creative training solutions to people of any ability and experience level.
I’m Dan - a Certified Master Personal Trainer who’s been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I have an easygoing and approachable attitude and I love what I do!
I studied at the Australian Institute of Fitness and also have a background in competitive natural bodybuilding. My training philosophy, however, when it comes to my clients is centred around providing an easy to follow and effective training and nutrition plan that suits their lifestyle and needs. I have a science-based and results-driven, yet realistic approach to training that’s tailored to fit into your busy schedule. I specialise in:

hypertrophy (muscle growth)
strength training
I also have experience training people with disabilities and have knowledge of a range of disabilities, including:
limb difference
cerebral palsy
hard of hearing
wheelchair users
neurodivergence
muscular dystrophy
I can help you reach your goals via face-to-face or online training depending on what suits you the best. I see in-person clients at X-Road Fitness in Edwardstown, which is a quiet and easily accessible gym.
